The House-Museum of Elena Akhvlediani is located in the very center of the city, in its historical district among many other attractions. The museum is open every day except Monday, so you can get here even on weekends.
Despite its tourist location, there are very rarely many tourists in the museum, so no one will interfere with viewing the works of the artists. The artist herself is known for her images of cities, and she was also an illustrator for many of the most famous theaters in Georgia.
In the museum you can book an excursion where you will be told everything about the life and work of the artist, as well as about her works.
