Очень добрые и отзывчивые люди, особенно ветеринар, который выдает сертификат для животного. Очередей не было совсем (четверг, 14:30). Нужно учитывать, что процесс занимает полчаса, так как нужно много данных ввести в систему. Также пришлось долго искать нужное здание, в конце концов, сертификат выдают в зелено-стеклянном здании под вывеской "food agency", которое находится сразу за большим зданием с арочными окнами.

Все было отлично. Те, кто утверждают, что сотрудники не работают, сильно ошибаются. Все очень внимательные и вежливые. Оформила сертификат на кошку за 204 лари и сертификат на растение за 54 лари. Успела за час.

Наткнулась на очень вежливых сотрудников. Приехала в 11 утра и не было очереди. Для сертификата потребуется справка из ветеринарной клиники о здоровье питомца и оплата 200 лари на месте.

Бездействие. Чашка кофе за чашкой. За час может пройти лишь один человек. Не стоит таскать с собой животное, если ему предстоит мерзнуть и мучиться.

Не понимаю, почему люди жалуются. Всё прошло быстро и чётко. Оплатил наличными и получил все нужные документы, включая те, которые нужны для Израиля.

Ужасное место. За целый час не приняли никого, сотрудники просто сидят и болтают. Всего в очереди было четыре животных.

Ужасно медленная работа. Пять человек в очереди — три часа времени. И надо приходить вместе с животным. Зачем это нужно?

This place needs a complete overhaul. The staff moves at a snail's pace, are incredibly rude, and lack basic English skills. They show no concern for your animals and speak down to you as if they're better. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Сижу уже час, жду, когда в этом месте починят электричество. Телефон, указанный на сайте, не работает — линия постоянно занята. Предложили прийти в другой день. Никакого уважения к своему и чужому времени. Дали адрес другого заведения, которого даже нет на Google картах. Ужас!

Персонал приветливый и знает своё дело. Однако, чтобы получить справку для вылета, необходимо приезжать с животным. В ветклиниках говорят, что можно просто заменить справку, но это не так.

Пришёл в 9:10. Сказали ждать до 10. В 10 сообщили, что идёт собрание и нужно подождать дольше. Конечно, после собрания ему нужно было выйти на перекур. Очень непрофессионально.
