To be more precise, the waterfall is located in the Tbilisi canyon or Legvta-khevi or Dabakhanka, which is a section of the Tsavkisistskali River from the sulfur baths to the waterfall and the beginning of the Botanical Garden. The Botanical Garden is located in the center of Tbilisi, just behind the Narikala Fortress. This is a corner of wildlife in the city center. The name of this natural area - Legvtakhevi - comes from the abundance of fig trees that are characteristic of these places. In the 19th century, a botanical garden even appeared here, and in 2012 Legvtakhevi was subjected to reconstruction and rehabilitation.
