The Ferris wheel in Mtatsminda Park is one of the most impressive attractions in Tbilisi. Situated on top of Mount Mtatsminda at an altitude of 770 meters above sea level, the wheel takes visitors up another 65 meters, offering a breathtaking view of the entire city, including Old Tbilisi, the Kura River and the TV Tower.
The cabins of the wheel are closed and safe, allowing you to enjoy the panorama at any time of the year. One full rotation lasts about 10-12 minutes, giving enough time for photos and enjoying the views.
You can get to the park by funicular, which departs from Chonkadze Street. This is not only a convenient way to get up, but also an additional opportunity to admire the city from above.
💰 Paid or free:
- A ride on the Ferris wheel is paid: 10 GEL per person (payment via the Mtatsminda Park card).
- A plastic card is used for the park rides - the card costs 2 GEL (topped up with the required amount).
