Вчера вечером мы с другом посетили индивидуальный кулинарный урок и остались в полном восторге. Гиа — не только превосходный повар, но и отличный хозяин, который с удовольствием отвечал на наши многочисленные вопросы о грузинской кухне и жизни в Грузии. Было интересно сравнить его домашние версии блюд с теми, что мы пробовали в ресторанах, и мы пришли к выводу, что его варианты лучше! У нас была возможность либо самим готовить, либо в основном наблюдать за процессом. Мы выбрали расслабиться с бокалом местного вина и смотреть. Мы узнали, как делать чахохбили, харчо, дубдари, хинкали и лобио в виде дипа. Всё было очень вкусно, но еды оказалось слишком много, так что нам упаковали остатки. Занятие длилось чуть больше 4 часов — отличный способ провести вечер.

Fantastic experience in Tbilisi!

I can confidently say this was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. We learned how to make homemade Khinkali and Adjara Khachapuri, along with many other cooking tips from Irina. Fantastic experience! The highlight of our visit to Tbilisi. In this cooking class, you get to master your favorite Georgian dishes while soaking in the authentic vibe. We crafted Hinkali (if that's spelled right) and hatchapuri with an egg inside. Everything needed is supplied; you just follow instructions, taste, and enjoy. There's an extensive list of dishes, so you can learn pretty much anything from Georgian cuisine. The host is incredibly welcoming, creating a home-like atmosphere where time just flies. Our kids joined us, too. My seven-year-old daughter couldn't have been happier. Groups are usually small, 6-7 people max, because of the kitchen size, and they ask if you’re okay with sharing your session. You can always contact them directly for any special requests or to discuss allergies. They also offer samples of Georgian house wine, which is a delightful touch. With over six years of experience, the host speaks fluent English and has hosted international visitors from places like Saudi Arabia, Cuba, Switzerland, and Italy. Truly a hidden gem!

Irina welcomed us warmly at her home, where she guided us through making two classic Georgian dishes right in her kitchen. The class was conducted in both English and Russian. Our boys, aged 7 and 10, thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well.

Our cooking session with Irina in her home was wonderful. We prepared cheese kachapuri and khinkali. The portions were generous, and the food was absolutely tasty.

The cooking class was fantastic. It felt just like being at a family gathering! Irina, the cook, is a friendly and kind person. She shares all the little secrets, like keeping khinkali intact while boiling, perfectly folding adjaruli khachapuri, and making amazing dough. She even gave us a talk about traditional Georgian spices, so our future stews are going to taste great 😀 P.S. Don’t think twice, this experience is worth every lari you spend!

Chef Irina is incredibly welcoming and invites you into her home for a cooking class focused on Georgian cuisine. I participated in the khachapuri and khinkali session, which seems to be quite popular. Both dishes turned out delicious, and I'm hopeful I'll recreate them soon at home! She provided clear instructions, and had some of the preparations ready beforehand, like the khachapuri dough which needs time to rise. It was also a nice opportunity to see the cozy atmosphere of a Georgian home, especially since I'm staying in a hotel. Thank you! I highly recommend trying this cooking experience for one of your meals. It's fantastic to learn to make the food and then enjoy eating it!

We had an amazing time preparing three tasty Georgian dishes. Both kids, aged 8 and 9, loved being involved in the cooking and devoured everything. Irina was an excellent instructor and fantastic with the children. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience.

Last week, my friend and I took part in a cooking class for Adjarian Khachapuri and Khinkali with Chef Irina. She welcomed us warmly into her inviting home. We had an outstanding and memorable time as we learned the straightforward techniques to make two of Georgia's most iconic dishes. The experience was enhanced by friendly chats and enjoying excellent white wine. It was truly a fantastic experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class! As a vegetarian, I appreciated the variety of dishes we could make that suited my diet. The eggplant rolls with walnuts were incredible! The instructor was so kind, always helpful and had a friendly smile. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this class.

I had a fantastic time. The cooking class takes place in a real home and is open to groups of 1 to 20 people. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We learned to make khinkali, khachapuri, and pkheli. Although it was supposed to last 2-3 hours, I ended up spending four hours there and loved every moment. The hosts speak English, Russian, and Georgian, and they teach very effectively. After cooking, we sat down to enjoy our creations with a glass of excellent wine. The dishes I made were fairly standard, but there is a variety of Georgian dishes to choose from, and I'm already planning what I want to learn next time.

Место с душой и уютной обстановкой. Дружелюбные хозяева все объясняли и поддерживали. Помогали и подбадривали, когда было сложно. К приготовленным блюда добавили вино и салаты. И мы потом все это съели. В конце нам дали рецепты всех блюд.

Tolle Kochkurse zu fairen Preisen. Hier bekommt man wirklich Qualität für sein Geld. Die Familie, die den Kurs betreibt, ist unglaublich freundlich und spricht recht gutes Englisch. Wir hatten richtig viel Spaß beim Kurs und würden ihn jedem empfehlen, der etwas von der landestypischen Küche mit nach Hause nehmen möchte.

The Georgian standard class was a real treat. Making our own khachapuri and khinkali was a delightful experience. The instructor was incredibly helpful and friendly, genuinely focused on sharing knowledge and the right ingredients. We started with pre-made dough for the khachapuri since it needs a few hours to rise, but they provided the recipe to take home. The same process applied to the khinkali. After cooking, we enjoyed our creations with a generous glass of house wine. It's a great way to dive into Georgian food culture and explore the roots of some famous dishes. Highly recommend!

Amazing cooking class right in downtown Tbilisi. The team is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. They taught me how to make Khachapuri, and it turned out delicious — truly excellent instructors! There's also some great local craft beer available, and the prices are quite reasonable. I genuinely recommend this place for a deeper dive into Georgian culinary delights!

Удивительно было учиться делать и пробовать хачапури и хинкали, они получились замечательными!! Хозяева очень добрые и радушные, а само кафе — уютное и приятное. Ещё можно купить вино от их друзей с винодельни, оно тоже отличное. Спасибо вам огромное ещё раз ♥️.

Иногда задумываешься, если уехать далеко от дома и семьи, найдешь ли место, которое подарит ощущение тепла и уюта? Там, где можно комфортно расположиться и почувствовать заботу, как в семье. Вот что включает в себя это место: удобное расположение, приятный и уютный интерьер, теплый прием гостей, свежая и качественная еда, как дома, и мастер-классы по кулинарии. Все это создает чувство второго дома и является залогом успеха.

Если вы новичок в Тбилиси и хотите познакомиться с грузинской кухней — это отличное начало. Устали от обычных занятий и не знаете, чем заняться? Забронируйте один из их мастер-классов, например, для романтической пары или компании друзей, где можно делать хачапури лодочкой с сыром или хинкали, а потом наслаждаться своими творениями с напитками. Если собираетесь с друзьями на традиционный грузинский пир (Супра), это место идеально подойдет. Это не ресторан с Мишленовскими звездами и не заведение высокой кухни, это больше история, которую стоит передать дальше. Большое спасибо.

This is an amazing spot to dive into the essence of Georgia right in Tbilisi. From engaging cooking classes to the authentic home-style feast known as Supra, it was all fantastic. We were happy to find Churchkhela, the local sweets, perfect as souvenirs for friends. Dressing up in traditional folk attire and capturing these moments was an unforgettable experience.
