Flying Painter is a Georgian brand that creates clothes and accessories that are art objects in their content.
“Flying Painter” is a platform through which artists deliver social, political, critical or romantic messages to the public using the language of fashion and art.
Clothes are sewn in the brand's atelier, based on the design and content of the group. The group “Flying Paint”r includes Tbilisi artists: Eka Ketsbaya, Bobo Mkhitar and Natuka Vatsadze. All the items in “Flying Painter” have a unique meaning, and each of them tells a different story.
The brand name comes from the name of the work of the Georgian modernist artist Petre Otskheli, created in 1936 for the film "The Winged Artist" directed by Leo Esakia.
