The staff was incredibly uncooperative. They seemed indifferent and unhelpful when we had concerns. There was also unfair treatment based on ethnicity. Sometimes they didn't let us play even when all the tables were empty. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible experience. Awful service. This isn't the first bad encounter. They claim a table isn't available even when it stays empty for hours.

Die Atmosphäre ist eher nüchtern, aber mit gut ausgeleuchteten Bereichen, ideal sogar für Snooker. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil die Bar erst ab 19:00 Uhr Getränke verkauft, nicht einmal alkoholfreie.
