DADI was opened in 2017. Dadi specializes in small family natural vintages and offers at least 30 wines from all over the country and from the maximum possible number of grape varieties.
A huge map of Georgia adorns the wall with buttons indicating the villages where their wine comes from. As the founders of this beautiful bar say: "Our only criterion is the healthy wine we sell. We are more than just a wine bar."
Also in DADI you can find carefully selected handmade wines from yet unexplored small artisanal wineries practicing biodynamic and organic viticulture traditions, wines that are produced with minimal intervention and maximum love.
DADI is one of the few wine bars in Tbilisi, specializing exclusively in the promotion of "natural" Georgian wines (from grapes that have undergone natural fermentation, without adjusting the acidity, adding sugar, sulfites, etc.).
The founder and co-owner of the establishment personally travels to the micro-wineries of Georgia and collects rare natural wines produced in limited batches for his wine list. DADI Wine Bar and shop is a place where everyone will discover natural wine, enjoy modern Georgian-style cuisine, and just relax at the end of the day.
Here you can pamper your taste buds with both excellent snacks and a full meal, the menu at the bar is seasonal. All dishes are made to order from local products. The atmosphere in the bar is rather European.
