Lurji Supra is a unique printing workshop in Tbilisi, located on the territory of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts at 22 Alexander Griboyedov Street. Here, the famous blue and white ornamental tablecloths known as “lurji supra” are hand-made.
The workshop is part of a UNESCO Special Cultural Project, where traditional screen and cliché printing techniques on cotton and linen are used. Visitors can watch the process, see antique equipment, and even purchase products on the spot - at prices ranging from 18 to 100 GEL.
