Мы забронировали через Booking, но комнаты, которую мы выбирали, не оказалось. Нам предложили меньшую комнату с скидкой. Характеристики, указанные при бронировании, не соответствовали тому, что было в реальности. В комнате даже не было мусорного ведра, и она была грязной. Утром мы съехали и нашли более чистое место для проживания. Не рекомендую.

Esperienza terribile. Il personale è stato scortese e ha richiesto un sovrapprezzo al check-in. L'appartamento prenotato non era disponibile. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano sporchi. La caldaia non funzionava. Dopo una notte da incubo, ce ne siamo andati.

The building looks impressive and is in a convenient area, making it easy to get around. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found crumbs and small biscuit pieces on the floor when we checked in, and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. The soundproofing is poor, and you can hear the movements from the apartment above.

Никогда не останавливайтесь здесь! Абсолютно хамский и невоспитанный персонал. Нам предложили не те комнаты, которые мы бронировали. Регина, которая утверждает, что она хозяйка, встретила нас с криком и угрозами. Она заявила, что не заселит нас и будет делать всё по-своему, ведь это её страна. Очень грубая и неприятная, к тому же неопрятная женщина. Она воспользовалась тем, что мы — иностранцы, путешествовали с детьми и были измотаны после ночных перелётов, чтобы искать новое жильё. В апартаментах отсутствует половина обещанных удобств. В душевой полно волос от прошлых жильцов, а на полках стоят использованные шампуни. Наше впечатление о стране, которая должна была быть гостеприимной, полностью испорчено.

We reserved 2 rooms with double beds, but got a room with one bed and a sofa instead. The owner gave our room to someone else, which was completely unprofessional. It was uncomfortable for us—2 adults and 2 big kids. We didn't receive an extra blanket, so my husband had to sleep without one. The owner, Regina, wasn't very friendly. However, the ladies at the reception were kind and helpful.

Excellent spot right in the heart of the city. Felt very secure.

Квартира отличная, недавно сделан ремонт, находится на 16 этаже, а вид из окна восхитительный. Однако есть проблема — курьеры часто не могут найти это здание, и иногда даже отменяют доставку.

This was likely the worst experience I've ever had with short-term rentals. The furniture is hideous, filthy, and outdated, with numerous suspicious stains and infested with bugs. The service is non-existent from beginning to end. To make matters worse, I was swindled by the manager, Asya, who refused to refund the amount owed due to their own mistake. This place is a low-grade, poor-quality option with zero service. It's highly not recommended, especially given the many other options in Tbilisi managed by professional hotel staff rather than these subpar operations lacking accountability and morals.

Не тратьте время на бронирование этого апарт-отеля. Даже если вам повезёт и номер будет таким, как на фотографиях, вы всё равно останетесь разочарованы. Скорее всего, вас переселят в худший номер без предупреждения и откажутся менять его или возвращать деньги. Если вы в Тбилиси, лучше выберите другое место.

The bed linens were dirty and dusty, the bathroom was the only clean part but the washing machine didn't work. It was a very poor choice. I wonder if there are multiple owners—I booked through Booking.com, and it was apartment 35 on the 6th floor. When it was time to pay, we waited an hour for someone to collect the payment, which was very disappointing. The girl at reception had nothing to do with the booking process; she just gave us the apartment key.

Service was terrible. No cleaning, no assistance. Very loud maintenance noise.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The security is reassuring, and the facilities are excellent.

בניין מרשים וחדש עם 22 קומות. יש בו 2 מעליות ומדרגות חירום, ומכל קומה אפשר לראות נוף מקסים של טביליסי. رائع.
