Mimo to, warto to zobaczyć — zwiedzanie zajmuje około 20-30 minut.
- S
There are hardly any English signs, so you'll need a translation device to fully understand the exhibits. The prices listed were 5 GEL for tourists, 3 GEL for locals, and 1 GEL for taking photos, but I paid 3 GEL to enter. They didn't seem too strict about it. Most displays are in Georgian and Russian.
- Ε
This is a very interesting and significant museum dedicated to honoring the Soviet fallen of World War II. Despite its small size, it leaves a strong impression. However, I wasn't fond of the modern exhibits about recent conflicts, as they seem unrelated to the courageous Soviet efforts during the war.
- J
A must-visit destination, but ticket prices are outrageously high.
- T
This small museum showcases the various wars Georgians have participated in. The photos from the 2008 conflict were particularly moving. I was pleasantly surprised to spot a photo of "Stan Storimans," a fellow countryman who lost his life reporting on this act of aggression from Russia.
- H
For history enthusiasts. Knowledge of Russian is required. Few texts in English. Lots of photos and artifacts from the Great Patriotic War. A section on the victims of the 2008 conflict. Ticket costs 3 lari.
- А

Advertised as open, but found it closed on Tuesday.

This place serves as a tribute to the soldiers who lost their lives during the war. The atmosphere there carries a profound sense of history and respect. While the exhibits are touching and meaningful, some parts could benefit from a bit more information or context. It's a place well worth visiting, even though there's room for slight improvements in presentation.
- E
Tourists pay 5 lari, while locals pay 3. This place resembles more of a gallery, with numerous photos and extensive texts, rather than a true museum. There's a scarcity of genuine historical artifacts; mostly it's just printed images. The staff member followed us around, reiterating information that's already available in three languages on the walls. The enthusiasm is understandable, but it would be preferable if guidance was offered rather than unsolicited comments.

Think, people!

A fascinating collection with plenty of information available in English. My guide was extremely helpful in explaining everything. Definitely worth a visit in Gori.
- A
Compact but rich in historical content. Very budget-friendly. Just a short stroll from the Stalin Museum, it’s a must-visit for those interested in wartime history.
- L
Closes before the stated time of 17:00.

This place offers a poignant depiction not only of the Great Patriotic War but also the 2008 conflict. There are guides available in various languages, as not everything is translated into English. The entrance fee was 3 lari when I visited in December 2022. Outside, you'll find an impressive Soviet-era bas-relief that is accessible to everyone at no charge.
- T
This place is like your typical town museum, with just a few artifacts and documents from the Soviet era. Honestly, it didn't impress me.
- D
- P
For just 3 GEL, it offers 5 minutes of entertainment. It's so affordable that it deserves a 4-star rating. 😀

- J
Just a quick stroll from the Stalin museum.

A surprisingly touching museum that's often overlooked due to its famous neighbor, the Stalin Museum, right in the heart of the lovely town of Gori, Georgia. Although there isn't much information in English, it's easy to grasp the significant events that unfolded here, not just during World War II, but even as recently as 2008 when Russian tanks moved in. The exhibits include shrapnel, grenades, and a collection of footage from battles that occurred right at this location, making it a truly impactful experience.

- s
This museum showcases the martial heroism of those who participated in the Great Patriotic War from the Gori area. There's also a special section dedicated to my father, Simon Mamistvalov.
- E
- M
Fascinating place. Some of the photos include English captions. Entry for adults is 3 Lari. Given the rich history of the war here, it seems like it could be larger.
- s

- N
Decent spot for exploring the 1941-1945 conflict.
- M
Few details in English. There are exhibits about World War II and the 2008 war, but it's hard to understand much. The entrance fee is 3 GEL per person.
- C
Historically interesting, but it's pure Stalinist propaganda. The content needs to be reassessed, put into perspective, analyzed, and the unacceptable aspects should be highlighted. The mention of the 2008 events is limited and lacks clarity. There is very little translation in English.
- T
Really fascinating.
- P
Főként dokumentumok és fényképek vannak kiállítva. A belépőjegy olcsó, de legfeljebb 30 percnyi időtöltést nyújt.
- H
Viac pracovníkov ako návštevníkov.
- K
Vynikající jako vždy.
- D
An excellent place to explore the history of the years 1940-1941.
- V
- L
Nice.
- J
Entry is 3 lari, with an additional 1 lari for taking photos. The exhibition space and content are lacking.
- P
awesome
- A
- B

The museum was really interesting, despite most of the information being in Georgian. If you know only English, you'll need to piece together what the exhibits are about. There was a guide who was very helpful, although her English wasn't perfect. There are a lot of images from the 2008 Soviet invasion, which were quite captivating.
