Temi Community Winery is a social enterprise located in the village of Gremi, Kvareli Municipality, Kakheti region. Founded in 1989, it unites about 70 people with different abilities and social status, offering them housing, work and support.
The winery produces organic wines using the traditional Georgian qvevri technology, using the Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grape varieties. Temi wines are exported to Europe and Asia and have received international awards. In addition to winemaking, Temi offers tourism services: tastings, gastronomic tours, master classes on making khinkali and churchkhela, as well as bicycle rentals.
