Промокший потолок и стены, тяжелый воздух, от которого хочется бежать, а не отдыхать. Вместо того чтобы наслаждаться отпуском, борешься с плесенью на вещах. Уборка по запросу — такого ещё нигде не видела. Отказать нельзя, но и предложить сами не догадаются. Радует только расположение и отзывчивость персонала, готовы помочь даже посреди ночи. Но ужасные условия в номерах всё перекрывают. Рассчитывала на лучшее, приехала в кошмар.

Доброжелательный персонал, уютные номера и приятная атмосфера - моё короткое резюме о месте. Однако, один момент изрядно напрягал: байкеры. Их нередко можно встретить возле входа, да и звуки мотоциклов иногда нарушают спокойствие, особенно ранним утром. В остальном же, все очень достойно.

The place is terrible and not worth the price. It's one of the worst places you could try. The smell of dampness and mold fills the rooms, which, along with the bathrooms, are not clean. There is no bidet, and the balcony door is broken; if opened, it might fall on us, and it's the only source of ventilation. The water was cut off in the room, so we decided to leave even though we paid for two nights. They agreed to refund the second night's payment because the water cut off. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The room had issues with mold, high humidity (over 80% according to the room thermostat), and an unpleasant odor. I imagine it might not be as problematic in the summer. The lack of heating was noticeable during February's rainy days. The rain outside seemed minor compared to the amount of water on the inside of our window. We had to specifically request room cleaning services. On the plus side, the location is quite convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful once we mentioned the heating problem on our last day. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful, although understandably a bit disoriented when we had to check out at 4am.

The reception service is very poor. The receptionist is tall, skinny, and wears glasses. She has a negative attitude and lacks respect for guests. She makes visitors feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, she accused us of breaking hotel items and insisted we couldn't leave until the issue was resolved. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they replace this receptionist.

My reservation was abruptly cancelled just a week before my trip. A person named Toka continually sent me intimidating messages insisting I cancel. When I explained I would be without accommodation, I was told the venue had been sold, and the new owner would charge me triple the original price if I wanted to keep my reservation. Avoid this place at all costs – they lack any sense of ethics and are extremely greedy and unpleasant individuals.

Отличное место для отдыха. Прекрасное обслуживание, персонал очень дружелюбный. Чистые и уютные номера, где все продумано до мелочей. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный.
