Тихий, уютный и душевный уголок. Зашел внутрь — и будто попал в тёплый дом друзей. Номера просторные, отлично спится. Но главное — атмосфера! Сотрудники — золотые люди, всегда с улыбкой. А хозяин? Таких отзывчивых людей я не встречал. Он не просто управляет, но и общается, угощает. Без слов понимаешь, что здесь тебя всегда рады видеть. Еда — просто пальчики оближешь! Вечера здесь волшебные. Словом, место, в которое хочется возвращаться.
Чувствую себя как дома, только в Грузии. Запах свежих хачапури и уютная комната, где каждый угол наполнен теплом и заботой. Хозяйка встречает с такой заботой, будто мы старые друзья. Завтрак стал настоящим ритуалом — всё так вкусно, что хочется продлить момент. На балконе третьего этажа каждое утро ловила тёплые лучи солнца с чашкой чая. Здесь легко расслабиться и насладиться каждым моментом. Кутаиси раскрывается по-новому, когда чувствуешь, что тебя здесь ждут.
Этот отель - мой любимый! Я останавливаюсь здесь каждый раз по нескольким причинам.
Отель удачно расположен и в 10 минутах ходьбы от центра города. Поблизости есть пара магазинов, которые открыты круглосуточно, номер каждый раз оказывается отличным, без проблем, и Wi-Fi хороший.

Das Hotel mag von außen unscheinbar wirken, doch im Inneren überrascht es positiv. Es bietet eine gemütliche und ruhige Atmosphäre mit geräumigen Zimmern und exzellentem Essen. Das Personal und das Management empfangen die Gäste mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer schaut gelegentlich vorbei und lädt die Gäste freundlich zu einem geselligen Umtrunk ein.

Affordable place with rooms across two floors. There's a bathroom on the second and a shower on the third. The third floor is designed for nine guests. It's a fantastic spot. You can enjoy tea on the third-floor balcony. The continental breakfast includes an egg, sausage, cheese, butter, bread, yogurt, khachapuri, and pancakes with jam. It's very tasty. The hostess is very kind.
The shower had a massive mold problem, and the window was just leaning against the wall nearby.

The experience was dreadful. The balcony door couldn't be closed due to a broken handle, and on one side there was no railing at all. The room was in terrible condition. The shower had an old curtain instead of a door, and essential items like a kettle or hair dryer were missing. We endured one night without heating, as the electric fan stopped providing warmth beyond 21-22°C. The mattresses were saggy, and the wallpaper was peeling off the damp walls. The hallway lights stayed on all night due to glass in the front door, making it hard to sleep. The place has really gone downhill since new management took over, with no visible improvements or maintenance.

Интернет еле тянет проверку почты, а горячую воду так и не дождались, несмотря на постоянные просьбы. Не рекомендую никому.

The host was extremely impolite and showed no respect. The address provided didn't match the one we found on Airbnb. She deceived us about room availability and tried to give us a different room than the one we had booked.
A decent place to stay in Kutaisi, with the option to book via AirBnB or beforehand. For a single person, it's $10 without amenities like breakfast. Suitable enough for those traveling, but don't expect any extra comforts.
The apartment we got was on the top floor without an elevator, which made it difficult with the luggage. There was only a small air conditioner in the living room and none in the bedrooms. Each place had two lights, but in practice, only one worked. I wouldn’t recommend it, though the location is good.

The host was very pleasant, greeting my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and speaking enough English for easy communication. She also assisted us by contacting our driver when he was late to pick us up in the middle of the night. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a balcony and air conditioning. I would definitely recommend staying here.
