Hotel "Argopalace"

Unfortunately, the rooms have an unbearable sewage odor that can't be aired out. If you care about your health, don't stay there. The smell ruined the entire visit.

Отвратительно. Заплатить немалую сумму и увидеть грязные простыни — это просто за гранью моего понимания. Думал, такой трэш остался в 90-х. Не советую никому, чтобы не разочаровываться.

Открыли двери этого места с предвкушением, а внутри оказалось холодно буквально и фигурально. Интерьер словно вернулся из прошлого века, а отопление видимо застряло там же. Дружелюбие персонала не согрело, а халатное отношение к мелочам оставило осадок. Хотя кровати удобные и завтрак приличный, вряд ли это компенсирует общий дискомфорт. Если вы, как и я, привыкли к более теплым условиям и сервису, моё мнение — не ваше место.

Ужасное место! Чувствуешь себя нежеланным гостем с первой минуты. Персонал не улыбается и не помогает, липнет ощущение, что им всё равно. Номера совсем не соответствуют тому, сколько за них платишь — устаревшие и тоскливые. Никакого чувства, что ты в гостеприимной Грузии. Совсем разочарована.

Обошел этот "дворец" стороною. Грязь и запах не дают расслабиться. Ванна будто из фильмов ужасов. Качество — совсем не такого уровня, как ожидал.

Ну что сказать, это место точно оставило впечатления. Номера словно из эпохи динозавров — запах дыма повсюду, словно в сигаретном музее. В ванной вроде бы всё нормально, но занавески для душа не нашлось, и вода никуда не хочет уходить. Смеситель в раковине будто застыл где-то в прошлом веке. А так — крыша над головой имеется, если совсем нет выбора.

Вот это опыт, конечно… Приходишь с утра, а там ор беспрерывный, как будто в самой гуще автосервиса просыпаешься. Отдохнуть? Забудьте. Работающие машины или мужчины, перекрикивающие друг друга, — атмосфера "курорта". Сотрудник на ресепшене — симпатичная статуя, ни помочь, ни информацию дать. Да еще и до центра надо добираться, преодолевая холмы и спуски. В следующий раз выберу что-то более спокойное и цивилизованное.

Шум, словно стены сделаны из картона. В душе вода хлещет по всему туалету; занавеске, видимо, здесь не место. Матрас — будто спишь на досках, подушка никакая. Завтрак — оскорбление вкусовых рецепторов: дешевая колбаса, варёные яйца, плохое хачапури и растворимый кофе. А владелец спокойно курит прямо на стойке регистрации. Берегите нервы и выбирайте другое место.

Бегаю каждый день. В "Argopalace" решила остановиться из-за близости к тихой природе на окраине города, но всё было не так радужно, как ожидалось. Конечно, приятно слышать утренние птичьи трели вместо шума машин, но удобства минимальные, а сервис явно немного хромает. Хорошо, что хоть персонал старается, но это не всегда спасает ситуацию.

В этом месте смогла действительно отдохнуть и набраться сил. Просторные веранды и тишина вокруг позволили насладиться утренним кофе с видом на зелёные холмы. Номера простые, но в них есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Питание порадовало разнообразием и качеством. Чистота и уют — всё, что нужно для спокойного отдыха. Оставила здесь частичку сердца и определённо вернусь снова.

Запах в ванной комнате способен испортить настроение на весь день. Учитывайте это, если собираетесь останавливаться здесь. Обслуживание не произвело впечатления. Локация неплохая, но этот нюанс сложно игнорировать.

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and the service was questionable. It's not too far from the center of Kutaisi, especially if you take cable cars to get around.

Chilly atmosphere.

The staff is incredibly impolite and unwelcoming... they genuinely seem indifferent. Tourists continue to visit, so why make an effort? The rooms are overpriced and not worth the cost.

This is fairly basic lodging located on the outskirts of Kutaisi.

Unclean sheets and no lamp by the bed. The decor is outdated and unattractive.

Одно из самых ужасных мест, где я когда-либо останавливался. Обслуживание отвратительное. Владельцы и персонал говорят только на русском и, похоже, стесняются этого. Еда оставляет желать лучшего, напомнила столовую времен Союза, и у половины моей семьи началась диарея. Хлеб был черствый, на завтрак подали остатки ужина. Ничего из еды не было теплым. Вода напоминала ту, что идет из-под крана или, в худшем случае, из дождевых резервуаров. Номера ужасные. Замки держались на честном слове и часто заедали. Кондиционер не работал, и мы просыпались в поту. Ванная выглядела пугающе. За унитазом пенопласт с черной плесенью, туалетная бумага была уже наполовину использована, запасов не было. Душ и туалет не разделены, при этом ни геля для душа, ни шампуня нет, а вода всегда ледяная. Берегите себя и держитесь подальше от этого места.

Сложно понять, почему отель получает настолько восторженные отзывы. Сотрудник на ресепшене равнодушен, не здоровается и не прощается, никакой помощи не предлагает. Утром шум стоит такой, как будто находишься на автомастерской: много людей кричат, ремонтируют машины. До центра города пешком минут 15, но сначала нужно спуститься, а потом подняться в гору. Лучше выбрать отель непосредственно в центре, где много достойных вариантов.

ხშირად ვსტუმრობ და ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვარ. კომფორტული და მყუდრო გარემოა. დიდი ვერანდები სასიამოვნო დასასვენებლად. ოთახები ნორმალურია და კვებაც კარგია. რეკომენდირებულია როგორც საქმიანი ვიზიტებისთვის, ასევე მშვიდ დასვენებას მოყვარულთათვის.

Consider other options if you have them.

Für eine Nacht ist es erträglich, aber empfehlen würde ich es nicht. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und riechen stark nach Rauch. Das Badezimmer ist enttäuschend: kein Duschvorhang, das Wasser fließt nicht ab, und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken scheint noch nie ausgetauscht worden zu sein und ist völlig verkalkt.

Przyjemne miejsce.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The shower lacks a curtain, causing water to flood the small bathroom. The mattress is uncomfortably hard, with a thin pillow, and there is no soundproofing, so every noise from adjacent rooms is audible. Breakfast is very disappointing, with cheap sausages, overcooked fried eggs, bad khachapuri, and instant coffee as the only options. To top it off, the owner was smoking a cigarette at the reception during check-out.

The room was filthy, and the bed had fleas. There was an awful odor.

מקום נורא ביותר. באמת אכזבה. לא לבצע הזמנה בשום אופן. חוויה מזעזעת. מלוכלך ולא נעים. הבעלים לא ידידותי. חדרים קטנטנים.

The room was cramped, with a faulty tap; the toilet and shower were combined in such a small space that I couldn't even fit properly for a shower. During meal preparation, the cook was coughing and didn't wear a mask. The hotel's location is okay.

Ein Punkt nur für den schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel selbst ist eher ein Überbleibsel aus der Sowjetzeit als ein Palast. Die Dusche befindet sich im Badezimmer, das kalt und ungemütlich ist. Der Speisesaal erinnert an eine kantinenartige Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren. Keine Empfehlung.

Прекрасный завтрак и красивые виды. Однако некоторые комнаты нуждаются в ремонте. Также отсутствует лифт, что затрудняет подъем на третий этаж.

Персонал не говорит по-английски.

Vieta, kur var baudīt lielisku skatu uz pilsētu. Ļoti draudzīgi saimnieki un pieejama ēdināšana.

The place has a pleasant atmosphere, but the owner's wife can be quite erratic.

The hotel offers delicious food, but it could be better if the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom.

A cozy and tidy family-run hotel. Though not in the city center, it's conveniently close to a cable car station, just a 3-4 minute walk away. The cable car takes you to the center in about a minute for only 1 lari.

Nice accommodation.

I found nothing to like in this hotel: neither the service, the location, nor the environment. Everything is old and worn out, with no sense of cleanliness. The place is filled with cobwebs and dust. Opening the bathroom door means you won't be able to sleep due to the smell. Speaking of the smell, there's nowhere to put your clothes inside. There aren't even any slippers – you need to bring everything yourself. In short, I won't be coming back here. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, and the blanket and pillow are such that unless you're extremely tired, you won't get any sleep.

The hotel is in a nice location. However, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, which means the entire bathroom gets wet after a shower. No hairdryer provided. There's no wardrobe or storage space for the second double bed, and no bedside lamp. The breakfast is like in a youth hostel, with zero quality coffee—just instant coffee powder. Room doors are not sealed properly. There are more issues, but the only positive is the location. Reaching it on foot is very exhausting.

Terrible experience, definitely do not recommend. The staff doesn't speak English and they nod to everything, but later it turns out that none of your arrangements were understood. It seems they particularly don't like Polish people, which is unusual in this beautiful country. Two days before our departure, a group of Poles had a small party, and although the owners didn't mind the noise at the time, the next day, their son approached us during breakfast to vent his frustrations towards all Poles staying at the hotel, even though the previous group had already left.

Disappointing service: we were placed in the tiniest double-room (3x2.5 m), despite the hotel being mostly vacant (unoccupied rooms had their doors open). However, the dinner and breakfast were excellent.

There isn't a lift, and the meals are quite simple.

The guesthouse offers only the most essential amenities. The room is equipped with a toilet, shower, and air conditioning. It is located conveniently close to the center of Kutaisi, within walking distance. There's also a decent view from the balcony.

Nie polecam. Obsługa nie tylko, że nie ułatwia, ale wręcz utrudnia pobyt. Ostatniej nocy, bez naszej wiedzy, spakowano nasze bagaże i przeniesiono nas do innego pokoju. Kiedy zaczęliśmy protestować, usłyszeliśmy wiele nieprzyjemnych uwag skierowanych do ludzi z zachodu. Unikajcie tego miejsca.
