Apartments "Veli Group Apartment"

Apartment is well-located in the city center. Communicating with the owner was easy, and he showed us everything. He also marked on the map where to find shops, the best restaurant, and a winery. The apartment was clean, with bedding and towels prepared. There were six of us, and we fitted into the apartment comfortably. The only downside was that the shower door didn't close completely, but it's a minor issue. The balcony view isn't impressive, but that's not a big deal, as that's not the purpose of the visit. I highly recommend it.

Ложь и махинации с туристами на каждом шагу. Чувствуешь себя на заводе по розливу бутылок - это недопустимо! Уехали в тот же день. Настоятельно не рекомендую!

I rented a place here for a few nights but left the very next day. The owner's improper behavior and deceit towards tourists were unacceptable. We lost electricity and water on the first day. When we informed the owner, he responded sarcastically in front of my family, claiming that the water was out in the whole city and it was not his problem. Clearly, it was our problem. We left the same day and found that other nearby apartments had no water issues. He lied and showed no respect. It felt like working in a water bottle factory with just an overwhelming number of water bottles everywhere. I do not recommend this place at all.

I spent a couple of nights there but had to leave on the second day because of the owner's disrespectful attitude and attempt to deceive tourists. On the first day, the electricity and water stopped working, and when we reported it to the owner, he rudely replied in front of my family that the water was out in the entire city and it wasn't his problem. It certainly was our problem! We moved to another nearby apartment the same day, and they had no issues with water. The owner lied and treated us poorly. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Warm reception and lovely apartment. As a Saudi family, we highly recommend this place; it's immaculate, equipped with everything we need, and conveniently located near the central area.

It's not a hotel; a few rooms in the building are rented out as if they are part of one, yet there's no service. The person who gave us the key and manages the place seriously lacks training in customer service and how to interact with guests. While the room was acceptable, the manager's skills were not up to par. He just doesn't know how to interact with tourists and customers, despite being a somewhat decent person.

The apartment is very nice, equipped with a washing machine and cooking essentials, and the price is excellent (just 124 GEL per night!). The host is one of the kindest people I've met in my life. At 1 a.m., the water supply was cut off, and when I reached out to her, it turned out to be a neighborhood issue. Can you imagine? She came to my apartment at 2 a.m. with five containers of water, including warm water! Her generosity was truly touching, even though it wasn't her fault.

All the services provided were excellent. The place is very tidy and offers great comfort. It's conveniently located near major attractions.

عند وصولي إلى الموقع بعد رحلة طويلة وحجز مسبق، كان الشخص الذي استقبلنا فظًا وصوته مرتفعًا وأظهر عنصرية تجاه العرب. حاولنا تهدئة الوضع بكل الطرق الممكنة، لكنه بدا مصممًا على خلق مشكلة، مما اضطررنا إلى مغادرة المكان والبحث عن مكان آخر للإقامة.
