Avoid this accommodation. The photos online are outdated. Currently, both apartments have water-damaged ceilings, water stains, crumbling plaster, and mold. The kitchen has ants, the sheets are dirty, and there's often no water. The absence of a backup tank means that the toilet can be unusable for an entire day, which is unacceptable. The owner deceives guests by requesting the cancellation of original bookings under the guise of offering a discount, likely to prevent support from the booking platform. There are far better options in Kutaisi for the same price with much better conditions.

The host is incredibly kind and always ready to help. Our apartment matched the photos and was very spacious. The location is great, with everything within walking distance. The only downside is the neighbor with five or more dogs plus the street dogs that bark all night, but that's not the host's fault. The price-performance ratio is fair, so I definitely recommend it.
