Еда разочаровала, как и во многих отелях в Грузии, особенно печально, что всё холодное, хотя должно быть тёплым или даже горячим. Вид из окна оставлял желать лучшего — наблюдала свалку, но, возможно, это лучше, чем слушать грузовики с другой стороны здания (в той части, где "вид"). Но Кавказ покрыл все недостатки, горы впечатляют и видны повсюду — от Тбилиси до Батуми, охватывая всю страну с востока на запад. За это место всё же ставлю пять звёзд, несмотря на всё.

Pěkný horský hotel sice nabízí menší, ale velmi pěkně vybavené pokoje. Bohužel, krásný výhled je doprovázen hlukem zvenčí. Hlavní silnice v blízkosti je často využívaná, a projíždějící těžká vozidla mohou být dost hlučná.

The hotel stay was wonderful, largely due to the breathtaking views and the excellent room arranged by our travel agent. Although it's about a 10-minute walk to the ski slope, the complimentary shuttle made getting there very convenient. The only downside was breakfast, which had limited options and didn't change during our stay. Overall, a great experience with a few areas that could be improved.

The family room size is decent, but the breakfast and dining options are disappointing. The food is very ordinary and basic, not worth the money. Room service only involves changing the bedsheets; they don’t actually clean the rooms. The rooms remain dirty as no one cleans them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They assisted us even beyond their usual services. For example, when my husband injured his foot, they provided free transport to the doctor. The photos on their website accurately reflect reality. There is a busy road nearby, but you can easily see this online beforehand. If you find it disturbing, do not book.

For the price, you can find better options elsewhere. I wasn't impressed with the service or the breakfast. However, the food in their restaurant is quite good. The service at the massage and in the restaurant is excellent.

Stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. It's a decent option if you need a place near the Gudauri Ski Resort, just a short 5-7 minute drive away. The rooms are on the smaller side but they’re clean, and the bathrooms are in good condition with all the basics you might need. The staff were all right, though not particularly warm. Breakfast was limited to items like bread, dairy, fruits, and jams, and didn’t really change, which might not suit a longer stay. There’s an Indian restaurant on the ground floor, but it seemed pricey, so we chose a nearby Pakistani place instead, about 300 meters away. It wasn’t cheap but felt like a better deal. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to a certain point at the Ski Resort, with extra charges if you want to go further. The shuttle runs from 9 to 11 AM and 4 to 6 PM. The hot tub on the rooftop is a nice feature and worth checking out, especially with the snowy mountains around. Overall, the hotel fits in with the general standard in Gudauri, where small rooms and basic breakfast options are the norm. It's a reasonable choice for a short stay.

Оба называли улучшенными, но второй оказался в два раза меньше первого. Даже ванная, чайник и чашки были меньше обычного. Пространства для ходьбы и хранения багажа не хватало, хотя мы заплатили за большой номер. Попросили поменять, но ответили, что мест нет. Отель далеко от главной канатной дороги и коммерческих зон для катания — около 1,6 километра вверх по дороге с интенсивным движением. Доехать можно только на такси за 20-30 лари в одну сторону, что очень дорого. Чтобы компенсировать это, отель предлагает «бесплатный трансфер», который тоже обман. Шаттл — старый фургон в плохом состоянии, и водитель высаживает вас далеко от главной точки канатной дороги. Чтобы доехать до нужного места, водитель требует ещё 20 лари, хотя должен отвозить бесплатно. Джакузи заняты с вечера, хотя на деле они пустые, кроме нашего слота. На завтрак нет даже обычного английского хлеба — только твердая буханка. Выбор индийских блюд есть, но никаких яиц, даже омлета. Трансфер работает до 11 утра и довозит только до середины пути. Когда мы сказали, что скоро уедем, нам пригрозили дополнительной платой. Всё же удалось уехать без доплаты. Вид из «номера с видом на горы» обычный — дорога, шум от машин и далёкие вершины. Балкон такой маленький, что вмещает только двух человек. Ванная крошечная и простая. Как этот отель получил четыре звезды, непонятно. Еле тянет на 2,5 звезды. Индийский ресторан в отеле неплохой — единственный плюс для индийцев. В общем, цена не оправдывает качество — слишком мало за свои деньги.

Absolutely terrible experience. Despite having a reservation, there were no rooms available. We had to carry our own luggage because no one offered to help. The staff at the reception was incredibly rude and lazy.

The outdoor BBQ stand was another enjoyable feature, offering delicious food in a laid-back setting. Although the stay was pleasant, some areas could use improvement. It’s a family-friendly option worth considering for its proximity to the slopes and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel's location is outstanding. The rooms are small and compact, yet clean and hygienic. The service is more than just basic. The mountain view from certain rooms is breathtaking. Breakfast is just okay. They have both an Indian and a Georgian restaurant, which are decent. It's a 5-minute drive from the ski resort and 10 minutes from the friendship monument.

The rooms are tiny. It's impossible for more than one person to walk around at a time. There is no staff available to assist with housekeeping or any technical issues. The reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The TV wasn't working, and I was told it wouldn't be fixed because there's no one to repair it. This is the most disappointing hotel I've ever stayed in.

My room had a view of the mountains. The front desk was very helpful, offering 24-hour service. The breakfast buffet provided plenty of choices and was quite good. The restaurant in the hotel was also decent and satisfying.

Персонал на ресепшене оказался грубым и выполнял только минимум своих обязанностей. Шумоизоляция ужасная, комнаты находятся прямо у оживлённой дороги, шум от грузовиков очень слышен. Для использования джакузи мы сами снимали тяжёлую крышку в глубоком снегу, а вода в нём имела неприятный запах. Сауну не включили, хотя у нас была бронь. Неприятно удивило, что в контейнеры для мыла в номерах наливали что-то разбавленное. Опыт был в целом плохим, многие недостатки перевесили возможные плюсы.

مظلم و ضيق مثل القبر؛ لا توجد خدمة، يجب أن تحمل أغراضك بنفسك. التلفزيون قديم وليس ذكيًا وبه فقط ٥٠ قناة أجنبية. لا يوجد إضاءة والحمامات متسخة. الفطور سيء، مجرد كورن فليكس ونقانق وفواكه. لم أجد أي شيء جيد لأذكره.

We were literally kicked out even though we paid and had reservations for two rooms. Total scam. Never stay here.

Мое приключение началось в Тбилиси, где я познакомился с древнейшими улочками и насладился прекрасной грузинской кухней. Затем я отправился в город Батуми, где встретил яркие ночные огни и погрузился в атмосферу морского побережья. Но одно из наиболее запоминающихся мест для меня - это посещение боржоми отелей в одноименном городке.

Боржоми славится своими минеральными водами, которые издавна считаются целебными. Я решил испытать все их благотворные свойства, пользуясь возможностью поблуждать по зеленым лесным тропам и отдохнуть в одном из чудесных боржоми отелей. Теперь я понимаю, почему этот город столь популярен среди туристов.

Грузия - это удивительный край с огромным количеством достопримечательностей, дружелюбными людьми и потрясающей природой. Я влюблен в эту страну и надеюсь вернуться сюда еще не раз. Все, что мне нужно сделать сейчас - это отдохнуть, насладиться грузинской кухней и, конечно же, исследовать в Боржоми отели, предлагающие отличный сервис.
