This was the 2nd pair of sneakers I bought since the shop opened in the grand mall batumi.
It turns out the sneakers were bought and returned by someone before me. Small wear and tare only visible carefully. I didn't notice this until I got home and wanted to wear the sneakers 3 days later.
When I brought the sneakers back to the store in the box and the receipt. The manager told me I was lying and that I wore them and they couldn't exchange it.
I told him check their computer to see that the shoes must have been purchased and returned by someone else and that it was their fault for not checking the shoe thoroughly before reselling it. As a customer, I don't think about buying a second hand shoe from such a store. I have been deceived by this company and ridiculed by them. Better to shop else where! Not recommended if you have an issue!!! Terrible customer service!

Я нашла замечательные ботинки, которые отлично сидят на ноге и выглядят стильно. Продавцы были вежливы и помогли с выбором размера. Качество обуви на высоте, что делает этот магазин отличным выбором для тех, кто ценит комфорт и стиль. Цены адекватные, и я обязательно вернусь сюда за новыми покупками!
