Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Каждый раз нужно ждать, пока продавцы закончат свои разговоры и займутся обслуживанием. Работу выполняют с таким видом, словно я им помешала и должна извиняться за свой визит. Задать вопрос о товаре практически невозможно.

К сожалению, визит в этот магазин игрушек стал разочарованием. Самокат, который мы выбрали, неожиданно оказался дороже на 120 лари, чем было указано на ценнике. На попытку разобраться сотрудники ответили, что это моя ошибка. Когда показал на два ценника, кассирша просто сняла их и выбросила. Вместо извинений или какого-либо решения предложили либо заплатить больше, либо уйти. На просьбу о скидке ответили грубо, заявив, что она уже учтена. К тому же начали обсуждать меня на грузинском языке прямо при мне. Опыт был крайне неприятным. Не рекомендую этот магазин из-за их отношения к клиентам.

Сотрудники не реагируют на просьбы, не говорят ни по-английски, ни по-русски. Выгоняют посетителей за полчаса до закрытия, следуют по пятам и объявляют: «Скоро закрываемся, покиньте помещение».
